SaNué started as a raw product concept from a Korean beauty startup — no visual identity, no campaign assets, no photoshoot budget. Working directly with the founding team in Seoul, we transformed the initial idea into a fully realized brand world: from product naming direction to visual storytelling, mood definition, and campaign-ready assets.
Every image in this showcase was generated entirely through AI — no studio rental, no photographer, no model casting, no post-production team. The entire visual campaign was produced at a fraction of the cost of traditional photography, while maintaining the premium look and feel expected from a luxury K-Beauty brand.
The creative direction required deep collaboration: understanding how a silhouette approach protects a pre-launch product while building intrigue. How mist particles and water droplets create atmosphere without losing the logo as a focal point. How texture iteration (shaken vs. unshaken formula) translates into distinct visual moods — all refined through rapid AI iteration cycles.
